Citizen journalism is referred to as "particularly journalism" and can also be defined as daily reporting or news. It is often seen in media organizations such as magazines, social media platforms, television, and radio. With the help of these platforms, people can easily gather information, especially now that social media is prevalent, which can be a source of news, for example, Twitter and Facebook, hence it is known as citizen media. Citizen journalism is also the right of every citizen to be informed and aware of what is happening around them.In conclusion, citizen journalism is fueled by regular people using digital platforms to contribute to news reporting, frequently emphasizing diverse perspectives and personal experiences. Community journalism, on the other hand, is concentrated on professionally done reporting within a particular local community, addressing issues pertinent to that area and establishing relationships with local stakeholders.
