 1. In your own words, differentiate citizen journalism to community journalism. 

In community journalism, there are requirements, but in citizen journalism, the news is accidentally delivered by non-professional people. A citizen journalist is someone who reports on events they see and witness. It happens when someone is there and isn't seen as having journalistic integrity. Typically, citizen journalists post on online platforms like blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.

However, unlike citizen journalism, community journalism plays a crucial role and is regarded as a professional kind of news reporting. The other differs from the other one in that it offers context and relevancy. By diving deeper into the story, community journalism presents the public with different points of view.  The news coverage focuses on issues facing a community.

2. Choose a unique local issues, which you think can resolve thru community Journalism and why?

One prevalent problem that community journalism will undoubtedly help to alleviate is the absence of street lighting. In the Philippines, barangays are plagued by nighttime light bulb shortages. It is difficult to feel safe while walking at night. The problem will be solved through community journalism. It offers those people a voice. By bringing news to the public, community journalism can help solve societal issues. Speaking up about issues opens the door to finding a solution to end the community's suffering. 

They can inform the authorities and create awareness through community journalism. Additionally, the community will become more brave as a result of the voices of the people being heard. The result is a community that is safer.
