Back in high school, I joined this cool club called Talaria. It was all about being creative and

thinking outside the box”, Angeles stated when asked about how he came up with such an idea. “Being part of Talaria sparked my creativity big time”, he added.

According to Angeles, the topic for his teaching demonstration was ‘Festival Dances: Elements of Movements in Space’, and ironically, his same enthusiasm for expressing himself through movements led him toward the creation of his plan. “I was over the moon!” He said the moment he found out.

Not only did he effectively implement his brilliance, but also took the opportunity to put both things that he loves into action—teaching and dancing. He was determined to do something different right from the beginning and really kept in mind that his performance should stand out.

What drove most people’s attention to his inspiring post online was how he interacted with his students and how he managed to make them involved while obviously… having fun.

“During the demonstration, I encouraged my students to let loose and really get into the groove. We danced, we laughed, and we learned– all while exploring the concept of movements in space. And it was a hit!” He shared.

He also stated the importance of preparation and meticulous planning of lessons, rehearsal of deliveries, and that they should also anticipate challenges along the way.

Advising others pursuing the same field as him to view each demonstration as an opportunity for growth and learning, Angeles believed that these are all keys toward unwavering milestones.
