A dream come true of Andy Marcelino

Andy Marcelino is a third-year broadcasting student at Bulacan State University. He began creating content in December 2022, but in 2023, he became serious about it with Kyla De Leon.

“Ever since I was little, I’ve had this urge to entertain folks, make videos, and share my creations. Being an artist has always been my childhood dream. But back then, I didn’t have the gear, support, or a platform. Simply put, I couldn’t pull it off. Not until the opportunity arose, and I gave it a shot. My drive to create content stems from my early years, chasing the dreams I had as a kid.” he said. 

“Also, I’ve got a role model in CONG TV. I caught onto his content early on, before he hit it big, and I saw his journey to success. His story really pushes me to keep going. What I admire most about his success is how he’s able to support his loved ones, and that’s something I aspire to emulate.” he added. 

Another way he became famous is that on December 22nd, he created a content about ML streamers and posted it on Tiktok. He didn't believe his brother at first when he said that it reached a million views because he didn't expect it.


And, like his inspiration, Cong TV has paid off, as he is now able to support his family financially. He is now able to cover his expenses because he earns money from content creation.

“I’m happy because I’ve also become a part of Star Magic; I’m currently one of their trainees and hoping to be successful someday. So basically, the impact of making videos on me has led me to a world where I can be more productive.” he said.

He used to enjoy making videos as a child, but now he works as a trainee for Star Magic. His childhood dream and wish is now being achieved, and he feels happy because it is exactly what he desires.

In Barangay Malis

It was sultry that day. Sweat and grime clung stubbornly to the skin. There was the din of traffic and jackhammers. The pungent scent of dust kicked up from the old roads they were drilling, and the smoke from the noxious exhaust of old cars penetrated deep into the lungs. Heat and dryness were in the air, but the land told a different story.
